Since spring 2024, Yogacharya Jadranko Miklec, together with his assistant and co-facilitator Kristina Lenard, has been leading advanced yoga trainings at the HOMER Center. Their workshops focus on Yoga Therapy, Soma Yoga, and Kaya Kalpa rejuvenation practices, combining traditional yogic wisdom with practical tools for health, vitality, and personal development and providing advanced training and professional development for yoga teachers and committed practitioners. Their continued presence has made them valued and respected members of the HOMER teaching community.

Their residencies have covered:

**Yoga therapy for teachers** — including *Yoga and the Human Body: Anatomy & Physiology* (100 hours) and *Fundamental Principles of Yoga Therapy* (100 hours).

**Advanced Soma Yoga.** Soma Yoga uses specific practices of asana, kriya, pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra, Ayurvedic food, and herbal preparations to enliven Shakti, Agni, and Soma in our lives — for self-realisation, perfect health, and bliss. Soma is considered the primordial substance out of which the created world began; it instils the qualities common to creation — wholeness, intelligence, wellbeing, and bliss.

**Kaya Kalpa Yoga** — the yoga of rejuvenation. A transformative experience in which participants practise specially designed rejuvenative Kaya Kalpa Yoga together with an Ayurvedic diet and Rasayana treatment. The effect is deeply rejuvenating and improves the health of both mind and body. The program also includes daily aqua yoga, yoga nidra, and a five-element therapy program.
