This unique nine-day retreat was originally created and led by Dr. Mirit Omerzel, a renowned Slovenian ethnologist, musician, spiritual teacher, and founder of the Veduna School. Following her passing in 2024, the program has continued under the guidance of her son, Tine Omerzel Terlep, who carries forward her work and teachings.
The retreat combines periods of pranic dry fasting, silence, sound healing, meditation, and personal development practices inspired by the Veduna tradition. Designed to encourage deep reflection, inner stillness, and heightened self-awareness, the program invites participants to explore new perspectives on wellbeing, consciousness, and their connection with themselves and the world around them.
